The Culinary Arts & Hospitality Academy is a four year industry-based, career preparation program designed to prepare you for a professional career in the restaurant & food service, travel & tourism and hotel & lodging industries. 

You will learn in depth many career opportunities in these exciting fields. You will discover where to best put your talents and strengths and work to create a successful future for yourself.

You will have the opportunity to earn college credit with our DCCCD partner El Centro College. You will  participate in catering events, field trips, industry professional presentations, and work in our student lead enterprise the Byron Bistro.
